These principles describe the approach Earth Environmental Consultants brings to its work. Project-specific requirements, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed with each client.
Environmental care
Consider environmental effects early. Use relevant evidence to identify risks, assess alternatives and recommend practical measures to reduce harm and support responsible resource use.
Health & safety
Plan field activities around site conditions and foreseeable hazards. Agree appropriate precautions, responsibilities and communication arrangements before work begins, and raise safety concerns promptly.
Quality and clarity
Define the scope of work, document sources and methods, and review deliverables. Communicate assumptions, uncertainties and limitations so findings can be used appropriately.
People and communities
Treat colleagues, clients and communities with respect. Listen to relevant stakeholder perspectives and communicate in a way that supports meaningful participation.
Integrity and accountability
Provide objective advice, identify potential conflicts of interest and maintain clear records. Regulatory decisions remain with the responsible authority; consultancy work does not guarantee approval.

Limit access to project and account information according to responsibilities. Use information for the agreed work and handle personal information as described in our privacy notice.
